RDT99-IV Precision Peristaltic Pump

     This peristaltic pump uses 12 roller pump head structure. When one roll filing passage has maximum flow speed, another roll filling passage has minimum flow speed. Thus we can eliminate the phenomenon of strong impact pulse liquid transporting and the problem that the bottle filling precision can not be assured in case of the traditional peristaltic pump head (one passage, 3 or 4 roller rotor).

      Patent of this peristaltic pump: ZL 00 2 2 1453.9, It has the characteristics of rapid liquid discharge, correct quantum, convenient cleaning, disinfecting and dismantling etc. It uses Chinese LCD operation interface. The operating language can be shifted conveniently through the menu. The parameters such as bottle filling volume, liquid discharging speed etc. are controlled by single chip microcomputer. The stepping motor uses original german made product. It is reliable and has not desynchronizing.

      The torque is big and the power consumption is low.

      It uses imported stepping motor, so it is reliable and it is not apt to desynchronizing.

      It has half current lock function and can decrease the heating of the electric motor effectively.

      It has power-fail memory function. After the power is n again, it will work according to the previous condition at the point of power-fail.

      It has protection function against over current and over voltage.

      It does not apply to outdoors.
