Overview of the machine

     This production line can finish the whole process of quantum bottle filling, lid sorting, lid covering, lid rotating, labeling and encoding of Abnormity Bottle Liquid.
Quantum with peristaltic pump and control with microcomputer
     Patent of this peristaltic pump (patent number: ZL 00 2 2 1453.9).It has the characteristics of rapid liquid discharge, correct quantum, convenient cleaning, disinfecting and dismantling etc. It uses Chinese operation interface. It is convenient and easy to understand. All the actions are controlled by single chip microcomputer. The parameters such as bottle filling volume, liquid discharging speed etc. are controlled by single chip microcomputer. The stepping motor uses original german made product. It is reliable and has not desynchronizing.

 Characteristics:

      In case of labeling type change, the electric eye need not move. All the adjustment can be directly changed through the parameters and it is very convenient and rapid with high precision.

      Only silicone tube and bottle filling head(316L) contact with the liquid medicine, other parts mainly use stainless steel, so it completely conforms to GMP standard requirement.

      Use electro magnetic as the torque part of rotating the lid, completely solve the problem of onetime tight onetime loose in traditional machinery friction pad.

      Execute infusion, lid covering, lid rotating in the equant dial gauge. So the positioning precision is good and has high reliability.

      There is automatic alerting equipment in case of label lack, tape breaking and bad labeling etc. to assure the pass rate of the product.

      During the whole production line running process, the previous and next machine will automatically match in speed and need not manual intervening.

      The feeding transducer uses step less speed regulating and can adapt to various requirements of various liquid filling.

      We can supply different products according to the production volume or specification for customer to choose.

      Microcomputer control and Chinese operation interface.

      Production line uses linear design and is simple and good in appearance.
