     The principle of using constant pressure working method in this equipment is that liquid can produce the same pressure with the same height (e.g., Maintain the height of bottle filling). So it uses high sensitivity sensor to detect the liquid level and control the bottle filling time with PLC. It has the characteristic of correct bottle filling volume and convenient operation.

     Imported PLC controlling system, touch screen Chinese human-machine interface. It is convenient and rapid to revise the parameters and specifications.

     It has precise liquid level control, constant pressure fixed flow passage parameter and can finish precise bottle filling task.

     Photoelectric sensor and gas driven equipment execute gang control and protection against the bottle lack and bottle jam.

     Imported gas executed control valve. High efficient and safe. The flux of every pipe can be adjusted and cleaned separately.

     The positioning equipment on sealing surface can greatly decrease the manufacture requirement of the sealing surface.

     The whole machine has simple structure and is convenient to adjust, so the reliability of the system is improved.
