Multiple merits

     This unloading station is customized for sterilizing cabinet in case of big transfusion. It can push the sterilizing object with big load(below 8 ton) into the sterilizing cabinet conveniently and it can pull the sterilized object out of the sterilizing cabinet conveniently.

     This unloading station uses Siemens PLC as controlling core and applies various advanced safe controlling idea into the equipment and make it have high safety, operational simplicity. So it can fully compared with imported products.

     All the units use imported brands such as Siemens PLC, transducer, contactor, breaker, German SEW reducing gear, Japan Koyo encoder, Japan SMC pneumatic component, German lgus towline, French Schneider button indicator etc.

     The whole machine uses good stainless steel 304material and completely to GMP standard requirement.

     The one set design of unloading station, during running, the push-full bar is inside the box. So it is good in appearance and decreases the pollution.

     The slow speed design during the running of the object decreases the striking to the object.

     Various protection and alerts. For example, overload, tripping, damage of encoder and mistaken origin position etc.

     Double hand operation mode furtherly increase the safety of the equipment.

     There are two operation methods: automatic and manual.
