Rated liquid filling machine

Working Principle

    After being delivered onto bottle sending tray, the bottles will go to rail, which is driven by main drive of the machine under function of turbine coiling slice, then bottles are sent to equational tray, After that, bottles are racked firstly, then they will be pulled on rubber stopper, then go out of equantional tray to rail to step into next procedure.

Characteristics

     1. Peristaltic pump, patent product of our factory, can discharge liquid fast with even speed, accurate ration and convenient to clean, disinfect, dismantle and install.

     2. LCD display in Chinese and man-machine interface film panel all are convenient and easy to operate. All procedures are controlled by single microcomputer, parameter of filling amount, discharging speed and silica gel tube can be set directly

     3. Stepping motor is introduced from Germany.

     4. Bottle sending protection: if bottles are disordered or enough ones can not be offered on the rail, the machine will automatically stop, no bottles should be blocked.

     5. Only silica gel pipe and filling head (316L) can touch the liquid, other parts are made of stainless steel conforming to GMP standard.

     6. Bottle delivering tray is dragged by one motor with stepless speed regulation or rotation speed will surpass the limit.
