    1. One machine can finish the process from powder loading, arrange rubber stopper to pull on rubber stopper .

     2.Single microcomputer controlling stepping motor, human-machine interface touching screen

     3.Stepping motor and power supply are imported from America with large moment and proper loading.

     4.  Conform to GMP standard, all parts and components that contact with powder are made of stainless steel without rust.

     5. Automatic powder delivery, powder checker with high sensitivity is equipped in the powder hopper to assure that there will be enough powder in the hopper without manpower.

     6. Racking head overturn forward, removal of powder delivering device is regulated with screw pole, and it can be cleaned conveniently and swiftly.

     7. Parts of the table-board all adopt high vertical pole and is equipped with airproofing ring with beautiful appearance and can be cleaned conveniently.

     8. Bottle sending protection: if bottles are disordered or enough ones can not be offered on the rail, the machine will automatically stop, no bottles should be blocked.

     9. Bottle delivering tray is dragged by one motor with stepless speed regulations to avoid disorder.

Principle

     After being delivered onto bottle sending tray, the sending motor will bring along the turnplate to rotate, then the bottles will go to rail, which is driven by main drive of the machine under function of turbine coiling slice, then bottles are sent to equational tray. After that, bottles are racked firstly, then they will be pulled on rubber stopper, then go out of equantional tray to rail to step into next procedure.
