Automatic labeling machine

Working Principle

     After entering into bottle delivering tray, the bottle will enter into 12teeth catch plate under friction between turbine coiling slice and bottle delivering tray. Then bottles will enter into bottle rail and are pushed into bottle distributing district; then paste is brought by gluewater wheel from the case to paste onto the label on the inspiration belt wheel via silicon-rubber wheel; at the same time, the label is delivered to inspiration belt wheel and is attached to the belt wheel; now the bottle distributing tray and inspiration belt wheel will rotate with same angular velocity, then bottles that on the bottle distributing tray will be arranged to corresponding with labels on the belt wheel. At the same time, o type triangle belt on the belt wheel will drive the bottles to rotate so that labels sticking to the bottles will be packed on the bottle, finally pushed to bottle discharging rail.
